Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us through this website: your name, email address, and — depending on the form — your company name, website address, and the message you write to us. If you use the Time Leakage Calculator before booking a Time Back Review, the estimate produced (hours and approximate cost) may be attached to your enquiry so we can prepare properly. Our hosting provider also processes limited technical information (such as IP addresses and server logs) to serve the site securely.

We do not sell your information. We only send you marketing if you ask us to — by ticking the marketing box on one of our forms — and you can unsubscribe at any time. Beyond that, the only emails you receive from a form submission are a confirmation and our reply. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not make automated decisions about you. We use Google Analytics only if you consent — see our Cookie Policy.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare your Time Back Review, and provide anything you have asked for. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); and our legitimate interests in running the business, responding to enquiries and keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f)). Where the law requires us to keep records, we rely on legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

If you tick the box asking to hear from us, we will occasionally send you useful ideas, examples of our work and news about Telvra. Our lawful basis for this is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), and we keep a record of when you gave it. You can withdraw consent at any time — every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link, or you can simply email hello@telvra.ai — and withdrawing it has no effect on anything else we do for you.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used — which pages people visit and how they arrive. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on our Cookie Policy page. Google processes this data on our behalf and may do so outside the UK with appropriate safeguards. We use the statistics to improve the site, nothing more.

Your information is handled by a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf: our website hosting and database platform, and our transactional email provider (which delivers the confirmation and notification emails). We share information beyond that only if the law requires it. We do not share your information with anyone for marketing.

Some of our service providers process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where that happens, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can pick a conversation back up where it left off. If you become a client, information relevant to the engagement is kept for the duration of the engagement and any period required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time. If you have consented to marketing, we keep your contact details for that purpose until you unsubscribe.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@telvra.ai — we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), although we would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern first.

This website and our services are directed at businesses, not at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged clearly on the site.
